Before the Women’s Month Celebration officially comes to an end, the Schools Division Office of Nueva Ecija takes this moment to appreciate the wonderful women of the division through Ma’am Glacie B. De Leon’s writing.

Shaped by centuries of societal change, they have shown confidence, empathy, strength, and resilience, intelligence, independence, kindness, integrity, compassion, courage, humility, passion, and gratitude.

With confidence, they exude self-assurance and belief in their abilities.

With empathy, they are compassionate and understanding, showing care for the feelings of others and offering support.

With strength and resilience, women face adversity with grace, bouncing back from setbacks showing both physical and emotional strength.

Learning through different facets: formal education, self-study, or life experiences, their intelligence is not limited to academic knowledge but also to emotional and practical wisdom.

With independence, they are self-reliant and capable of standing on their own. They can make decisions that align with their values, thus creating their own path.

Their kindness, ever so genuine, makes a positive impact on the lives of those they interact with. They give helping hands and thoughtful gestures to others without expecting anything in return.

They hold themselves to high ethical standards and earn their respect and trust in return. Honest, trustworthy, and dependable in all their actions reflecting values and principles in life, truly showing their integrity.

Deeply concerned for the well-being of others and always willing to extend help, their compassion drives them to make a difference.

With courage, they take risks when necessary and stand up for what they believe in even if it means stepping out of their comfort zones.

Despite their accomplishments, they stay humble. They are not after recognition or praise but are content with the positive impact and outcomes they make.

Pursuing what they love with enthusiasm and zeal, whether in career, hobbies, or relationships, wonderful women embrace life with a strong sense of passion and purpose.

With gratitude, they appreciate even the little things in life and express thankfulness for the people, experiences, and opportunities at hand.

Women of today’s era evolve as multifaceted individuals who manage to balance personal growth, career aspirations, and family responsibilities while maintaining their sense of self-worth and fulfillment.
